Smudge Sticks - Cedar Mini Loose - 11 cm
Smudge sticks can be used for cleansing of the aura, for example before meditation or prayer, or they are quite often used by body workers and therapists before treatments. Smudging has long been used to connect to the spiritual realm or enhance intuition. Burning sage or smudge can lift one’s mood as it could also be a great ally against stress.
The practice of burning smudge is fairly simple, a seashell or ceramic bowl, clay dishes, or glass is used to hold burning sage or capture ash, optionally you could use a feather or fan to fan the smoke.
To use these sticks, hold a stick slightly upside down and light the tip until there is a small flame. After around 1 minute, blow out the flame so only smoke is produced and them place in a fireproof bowl, blowing gently on the embers when required.
